Definition  of dutiable goods under custom law :

Dutiable Goods : As per section 2(14) of the Customs Act ,the term is defined to mean any goods which are chargeable to duty and on which duty has not been paid. It means that the name of the product or goods should find a mention in the Customs Tariff Act.
