However, you should remember that in case of turnover exceeding rupees One Crore per annum in a business and gross receipts exceeding rupees Tenty Five lakh per annum in a profession, a professional charted accountant must audit your accounts.

And if your business Turnover is less then 1 Crore and you show Profit less then 8 % then as per Sec 44 AE , the assessee would be require to audit its accounts.
