Tour operator services under Mega exemption notification :

Services provided by a tour operator to a foreign tourist in relation to a tour wholly conducted outside India are exempt from service tax. For example, service provided by an Indian tour operator to a Chinese National for a tour conducted in Sri Lanka will be exempt from service tax under this entry.
