Amendment of section 3 :
Section – 212. In section 3 of the principal Act,—
| (a) | in sub-section (3), item (i) shall be omitted; | |
| (b) | in sub-section (6), in clause (b), the words “revenue balance and” shall be omitted; | |
| (c) | in sub-section (6A), item (iii) shall be omitted. |
