Amendment of section 3 of Act 43 of 1982

Amendment of section 3 of Act 43 of 1982 :

Section – 161. In section 3 of the Governors (Emoluments, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1982, for the words “one lakh ten thousand” the words “three lakh fifty thousand” shall be substituted and shall be deemed to have been substituted with effect from the 1st day of January, 2016.
