Appointment of Advisory Committee :
Section – 410. For the purpose of advising the Central Government and the[ Tribunal] on such matters arising out of the administration of this Act as may be referred to it by that Government or [ the Tribunal], the Central Government may constitute an Advisory Committee consisting of not more than five persons with suitable qualifications.]
