Classification of services :
There is no international classification of services similar to HSN for goods.
However, principles of classification are same i.e. (a) specific description prevails over general description (b) Predominant nature in case of bundled services and (c) trade parlance.
Most probably, the definitions as per present service tax law may be used to classify various taxable services.
