Defination of Non –dutiable goods :

“Non –dutiable goods” means excisable goods which have a rate of duty of Zero. Therefore , these goods are called excisable but not dutiable goods like Betal nut product known as ‘Supari’ is an excisable goods with NIL rate of duty.
