Defination of Non –Excisable Goods under Excise Law

Defination of Non –Excisable Goods under Excise Law  :

It means goods which are not listed in Tariff e.g. water ( There is no entry in tariff for water ) , or goods which are mentioned in tariff but the column of rate of duty is blank, are non-excisable goods Excise law is not applicable on non- excisable goods.
