Guidelines on Joint Lenders Forum (JLF) and Corrective Action Plan (CAP)
These guidelines are applicable for lending under Consortium and Multiple Banking Arrangements (MBA) [except instructions in paragraphs 2.205, 2.232, 2.239 and 2.240 below and in case of dissemination of Information, which are applicable in all cases of lending], and should be read with prudential norms on ‘Restructuring of Advances by banks’ as contained in Part B of this Master Circular no. RBI/2015-16/101 DBR.No.BP.BC.2/21.04.048/2015-16 dated July 1, 2015 issued prudential guidelines on restructuring of advances by banks.
