Interest on delayed refunds (Sec.39) :

• Interest accrues from after 3months from the date of receipt of
  application.
• Interest rate yet to be notified. Business process Committee
  recommends 6%.

 

• In case of refund pursuant to appellate
  authority/Tribunal/Court from the date of order.
