Large Tax Payer [Rule 2(na)]:

Rule 2(na) defines large tax payer to have the meaning assigned to it in the Central Excise Rules, 2002. The concept relating to large tax payer has been dealt in Chapter 5: General Procedures Under Central Excise of Section A of this Study Material.
