LIABILITY FOR ACTION IN CASE OF DEFAULT :

Chapter IX containing Regulation 68 deals with the above subject. A mutual fund who contravenes any of the provisions of the Act, Rules or Regulations framed there under shall be liable for one or more action specified therein including the action under Chapter IX of these regulations.
