POWER TO CALL FOR INFORMATION :

SEBI may at any time call for any information from the InvIT or parties to the InvIT or any unit holder or any other person with respect to any matter relating to activity of the InvIT. Where any information is called for under above sub-regulation, it shall be furnished within the time specified by SEBI.
