50	Powers of provisional attachment and to make reference to valuation officer in search cases	132 I	nsertion of new sub section 9(B), 9(C)& 9(D)	1/4/2017	Enabling provisions for provisional attachment of any property or valuation thereof by authorized officer during search or with in 60 days from the date of last authorization executed by income tax authority with prior approval of Principal Director General or Director General or Principal Director or Director. Reference may be made u/s 142A to a registered valuer also by the officer within 60 days of last panchnama who shall submit his report within 60 days of reference
