Section 2 of the CGST Act,2017
This Section enlists the definitions of various expressions which are used in the GST law. This presentation enlists certain important definitions which have been simplified for better understanding of members. These definitions are also incorporated in SGST Act(s) of respective State Government(s). Further such definitions are also applicable for IGST Act, 2017 and UTGST Act, 2017.
