Services received by RBI under Mega exemption notification :

Services received by RBI, from outside India in relation to management of foreign exchange reserves are exempt from service tax. Therefore, specialized financial services received by Reserve Bank of India from global financial institutions in the course of management of foreign exchange reserves, e.g., external asset management, custodial services, securities lending services, etc. will be exempt from service tax.
