SURVEY ON THE STATE OF THE INTERNAL AUDIT PROFESSION IN INDIA BY INTERNAL AUDIT STANDARDS BOARD, ICAI

Dear Member,

Internal Audit Standards Board (IASB) of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has been constituted to provide support to ICAI and its members through proactive standard setting and guidance in the area of internal audit, including guidance related to risk management and governance, and to conduct cutting edge research and education to help members offer innovative and effective solutions and comprehensively serve needs of all stakeholders.

IASB invites members to participate in an online survey at the link: https://goo.gl/forms/3IH6loSB0LFpGXxt2. The purpose of this online survey is to measure the pulse of the Internal Audit profession in India by reaching out to all professionals serving in both, industry and practice, to fully understand the current and anticipated future state of the profession from all perspectives.

We look forward to receiving your survey response by December 15, 2018. Further, a detailed analysis of the submissions and findings through a formal Survey Report will be made available on ICAI website. Additionally, the Board will be making an evaluation of the current and anticipated scenario, to develop its action plans. This would provide a sound basis to help move the profession forward in a highly focused and effective manner. Your suggestions/ inputs are welcome at [email protected].
